You're an Endo Warrior on the Move!

You need a fitness routine that honours your endometriosis symptoms.

Are you dealing with symptoms of endometriosis like:
✨bloating?
✨extreme period pain?
✨fatigue?
✨inflammation?
✨pelvic pain outside of your period?

Are you finding it hard to find exercise options that work with your symptoms?

Endometriosis can make exercise seem inaccessible, especially during your period.

Pushing your body to exercise the same way regardless of where you are in your cycle just doesn't work if you are struggling with endometriosis symptoms.

I know what it's like to have unpredicatable endo symptoms. I was finally diagnosed with endometrioisis at age 30 after telling doctors about my pain for years. This disease has changed the way I exercise - but it has NOT stopped me from exercising!

Moving your body is important. You get to move in a way that takes your disease and your cycle into account.

What if you could...

  • be empowered to move wherever you are in your cycle?

  • know that your movement was helping your endo symptoms?

  • renew your trust and confidence in your body?

FAQ

  • Do I have to have endometriosis to take this course?

The yoga videos are meant for people who regularly have pelvic pain or discomfort, and people who may have low energy. If that's you, you'll get a lot out of it.

  • Is this safe if I'm trying to conceive?

Absolutely! I made these videos while trying to conceive and while doing IVF.

  • What if I'm on the pill?

The course is structured for people with natural cycles but you'll still appreciate the yoga for your period and movement and meditations for after laparoscopic surgery.

  • How long do I have to complete the course?

You have lifetime access to the course - meaning for as long as it exists online. You'll have access to all future updates.

  • Why should I buy this course now?

I will be adding new videos and meditation audio recordings to Endo Warrior Flow regularly. Next time it's on sale, it will be bigger and better, and therefore will never be at this price again.
